What’s New
Ship with FedEx—no carrier account needed
You can now ship with FedEx using a Pitney Bowes–managed rate account. This removes the need to set up your own FedEx account and simplifies billing so you can start shipping faster.
How it works:
- If you don’t have a FedEx account, one is automatically assigned
- Pitney Bowes manages carrier charges through PB Rates
- Add a valid credit card to print FedEx shipping labels
Latest Updates
Faster access to E-Certified Mail bulk imports
You can now jump straight to the Certified Mail Bulk Import page using a new Import E-Certified List button. This streamlines bulk E-Certified Mail setup and removes extra navigation steps.
Export types simplified for USPS FCM International
USPS First-Class Mail (FCM) International now automatically limits Export Type to Documents when selected. This prevents invalid choices and helps ensure shipments are set up correctly from the start.
How it works:
- Select USPS First-Class Mail International as your service
- The Export Type field automatically updates
- Documents is shown as the only available option
