What’s New

Easily cancel shipment labels

Take control of your shipping history with the new option to manually cancel a label when a carrier won’t void it. Whether the void window expired or the carrier doesn’t support API cancellations, you can still keep your records clean and accurate.
How it works:

If the label is within the carrier’s void period, it’s marked Voided. If it’s outside that window, it’s marked Cancelled by User. You’ll see a confirmation alert letting you know the carrier may still accept the package. Cancelled labels are removed from active and shipped lists.

New Payment Methods page for admins

Admins now have access to a dedicated Payment Methods page where they can add credit cards, set a primary or secondary card, and manage cards by carrier account. Each card is tied to the selected USPS or PB carrier account, making payment setup more flexible across locations.
How it works:

Select a carrier account to add a credit card tied specifically to that account. Admins can assign the same or different cards across locations by choosing the corresponding carrier. A 3% fee applies to each credit card refill.

Control shared contact management

A new security control lets admins restrict modifications to shared contacts at the subscription level. When enabled, no user or admin can update shared contacts, ensuring consistent and locked-down access.
Where to view:
  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Select Sign-In Security.
  3. Find the Restrict Shared Contact Management option.
