What’s New
New email alerts boost shipment visibility
Stay informed with automatic email alerts when a shipment is voided or refunded. This keeps key team members up to date and improves visibility across all shipment types.
How it works:
- During the void or refund process, select Enable email notifications (visible only if email details exist).
- Notifications send automatically after the label is voided or refunded.
Latest Updates
Take control of which supplies users see
Admins can now choose which supply types appear in the Supplies menu, offering more flexibility to tailor what users see.
How it works:
1. Go to Settings > Admin Options.
2. Select:
- Hide PitneyShip Supplies (removes paid supplies).
- Hide Carrier Supplies (removes free carrier supplies).
Schedule FedEx return pickups with ease
Users can now schedule pickups for FedEx Return shipments directly from Shipment History, giving more control over returns and streamlining both domestic and international pickup management. Cost accounts can be attached for tracking.
Where to view:
- Go to Shipment History and select one or more eligible FedEx Return shipments.
- Click Schedule Pickup to schedule shipments individually or in a batch.
- Attach a Cost Account if needed; settings align with your shipping screen preferences and organizational configuration.
Get full cost visibility in shipment exports
The Shipment History (.CSV) export now includes columns showing Extra Service charges, making it easier to track added shipping costs.
Where to view:
- Go to History > Shipment History.
- Export your shipments to a .CSV file.
- Review the new Extra Service cost columns.
Streamlined data access for Mailstation users
To align with data retention standards, transactional data older than two years has been deleted. Users can now view only the most recent two years.
How it works:
- Go to History in SendPro Mailstation.
- View or export available data from the past two years.
