Update FedEx account during authentication

Quickly fix FedEx account mismatches during authentication to avoid disruptions and keep shipping on track.
How it works:

1. During FedEx authentication, if your account details don’t match, an Edit icon appears.

2. Click to update your address, name, company, email, or phone number.

3. Save your changes to complete authentication.

Filter and export data with greater control

Narrow your search by tracking number or recipient name, then export results to stay organized and audit-ready.
How it works:
  • Use the Date filter to search by Tracking Number or Recipient Name.
  • Select a recipient to view results.
  • Export results as a CSV file.
