How it works:
- The alert shows on the PitneyShip Cube Dashboard with: “Update required. Learn more.”
- It appears when firmware is older than V01.30_PBS_062624.
- Once all Cubes are updated, the alert disappears.
Schedule or cancel UPS pickups in one place
Where to view:
- Go to Shipping > Carrier Pickup.
- View or cancel your scheduled pickups.
- Pickup charges appear in Settings > Payment Methods > History, labeled Pickup.
Cancelled pickups are automatically refunded.
