New users without a UPS account are now auto-assigned a single-payer account, with Pitney Bowes covering all shipping fees for easier billing.
Where to view:
  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Select Carriers.
  3. Begin carrier setup.
  4. If eligible, your UPS account is automatically configured.

Get clearer FedEx account lockout alerts

If your FedEx account is locked due to address errors, a clearer message now explains the reason and 24-hour hold so you know exactly what happened.
How it works:
  1. Entering an incorrect address multiple times triggers a lockout.
  2. The message shown is: "Unable to authenticate FedEx account due to the incorrect address. Your account is locked for 24 hours due to exceeding maximum attempts. Please try again later."

Avoid invoice issues with smarter FedEx alerts

New alerts help you avoid special characters in invoice numbers and warn about 24-hour lockouts after multiple failed attempts.
How it works:
  1. Warnings appear when special characters are detected.
  2. A lockout message is triggered after several failed attempts.
