What’s new

Advanced Orders Grid now available

PitneyShip Standard and Premium subscribers can now use the Advanced Orders Grid to manage orders faster with bulk printing, batch creation, custom views, and advanced filtering.
How it works:

Marketplace features, such as integrations and marketplace order source filters, are not available on Standard and Premium plans. All other Orders Grid features are supported.

Filter orders by shipping destination

A new Ship To Address filter lets you quickly find Domestic and International orders, making it easier to organize shipments and streamline fulfillment.
How it works:

Apply the filter on its own or combine it with existing filters like batch, source, age, and assigned location to narrow your search.

Create and manage manual orders

Create manual orders directly from the Orders Grid by entering recipient, order, and item details. Manage them alongside imported orders in one place.
How it works:

Manual orders support existing automation rules and can be edited after creation. Order number and order date cannot be changed.

Create return labels from Orders Grid

Create return labels directly from the Orders Grid without opening Shipment History, making it faster to process returns and manage orders.
How it works:

Start a return from the order details page or sidebar using the existing return label workflow. Multiple return labels can be created for the same order.
