What’s New
USPS 6x4 IMb labels for letters
You can now print USPS 6x4 Intelligent Mail® Barcode (IMb) labels for First-Class Mail letters and envelopes. These labels include built-in tracking, making it easier to monitor delivery.
Where to view:
- Go to Stamps screen
- Select First-Class Mail
- Choose 6x4 label under Stamp Options
After a successful label is generated, the confirmation message includes a link to Shipment History for easy access.

New guided onboarding experience
On initial login, new users can choose how they plan to use PitneyShip and are guided through a personal journey that includes key setup steps with clear progress indicators.
How it works:
- Choose how you’ll use PitneyShip: labels, stamps, or both
- Complete quick setup steps for rates, carriers, and printing
- After your first login, you’ll land directly on Create Shipping Label
Clearer visibility into shipping savings
The rate shopping experience now highlights Pitney Bowes savings versus retail rates across carriers. Savings are easier to spot and compare, helping you confidently choose the best option for each shipment.
Where to view:
- Rate Shop: Savings shown under the Price column
- Create Shipping Label: Savings percentage shown after label creation
- History: New Savings column for quick reference
Save and resume your shipping workflow
You can now save your progress while creating a shipment and come back to it later. This makes it easier to navigate between pages without losing entered information.
How it works:
- When navigating away, select Save to keep your progress
- Select Discard to clear entered information and continue
