Enhanced Multi-Recipient Shipping

Shipping to multiple recipients? Discover the Shipments Grid, built for high-volume shipping. Print 50+ labels at once, upload shipment files, or import orders from platforms like Shopify, eBay, and Amazon. Your existing workflow is still available.
How it works:

When you select Multiple Recipients, you’ll see an informational alert introducing the Shipments Grid and its high-volume shipping capabilities. You can dismiss the alert and continue your existing workflow. After dismissing it three times, the alert will no longer appear.

Enhanced Bulk Contact Management

Manage and delete large volumes of contacts more efficiently with improved bulk deletion. New options let you delete all shared, private, or selected contacts while added protections help prevent accidental removal of verified sender contacts.
How it works:

Large contact deletion requests are now processed asynchronously for improved reliability. Choose whether to delete recipients only or recipients and senders, and use new options to manage shared, private, or selected contacts. Verified sender contacts remain protected from bulk deletion.

Enhanced International Shipping Compliance

Ship internationally with added compliance support for UPS and FedEx. Select an Importer of Record, follow dynamic Tax ID validation requirements, and benefit from enhanced Duties & Taxes billing for eligible U.S.-to-Canada shipments.
How it works:

During shipment creation, the recipient is selected as the default Importer of Record, with the option to choose another importer. Tax ID requirements adjust based on the importer’s address type, helping ensure the required information is provided before shipping.

Add Items and Packing Slips to Manual Orders

Add and manage item details for manual orders, then generate a Packing Slip for your shipment. Track item names, SKUs, quantities, and prices to improve visibility into order contents and support your fulfillment workflow.
Where to view:
  1. Go to Ship Orders.
  2. Open a manual order.
  3. In the Packaging section, select Edit Items.
  4. Add or update item details, then save.
  5. Generate and print a Packing Slip once items have been added.
