Set default carrier accounts by user

Admins can assign a default carrier account for each user when multiple accounts are available for DHL, UPS, and FedEx. This streamlines rating and label creation by automatically selecting a preferred account, while still allowing users to switch carriers when needed.
Where to view:
  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select Users
  3. Choose a user profile
  4. Edit and select a default carrier account per supported carrier

DHL document shipments now include invoices

Commercial Invoice support is now available for DHL Express international document shipments. When creating a document-only shipment, an invoice is automatically generated with editable defaults and included with the shipping label for compliant processing.
Where to view:
  1. Create an international shipment with DHL Express
  2. Select Document Only
  3. Open the Print modal
  4. View Commercial Invoice under Select Print Items

Smarter address validation for abbreviations

Address verification now better recognizes common abbreviations like “Rd.” and “Apt.” This improves validation accuracy and reduces errors during processing, helping ensure addresses are accepted and handled correctly the first time.

Schedule USPS SCAN forms in advance

You can now generate USPS SCAN Forms for future shipment dates directly from the SCAN Form screen. This makes it easier to plan ahead and ensures shipments scheduled in advance are processed smoothly without delays on the ship date.
Where to view:
  1. Go to the SCAN Form screen
  2. Select a future ship date using the calendar picker
  3. Generate and print the SCAN Form
