Contact Name on Invoice
To change the Contact Name associated with your invoice or statement, you must create an Account Support Case online. Use these selections to create a case:
Select Case Type: Account Support. Then select: Name and Address Change. Select the option: Update contact information. Go directly to create a case by clicking this button:
Under Contact Information, change your email address associated with your online profile.
When you update your email address we send you a verification email, which contains a link that you must click to confirm the change.
Note: The updated email address is also the username to sign into your account.
