Setting up a wireless (Wi-Fi) connection on the SendPro Tablet

Learn how to set up a wireless (Wi-Fi) connection on the SendPro Tablet.

  1. On the Tablet's Home screen, tap the Preferences icon, then select Settings.

  2. If the Wi-Fi is not already on, tap the Wi-Fi Off/On slider to turn it on.

  3. Tap the Wi-Fi network name that you wish to connect to.
  4. Tap on the Enter Password line and enter the network password.
    Tip: Tap Show password to make sure that the password is entered correctly.

  5. If your network requires advanced settings such as a proxy server or static IP address, tap Show advanced options, then proceed with the steps below under Advanced network settings. Contact your IT department to obtain the correct settings for your network.
  6. Enter any other required information for your network, then tap Connect.
  7. Once the tablet is connected to the Wi-Fi network, it will show Connected next to that network.

  8. (Optional) To view the details of the connected Wi-Fi network, tap on that network.

Advanced network settings

Setting up a proxy server

  1. Tap the None menu under Proxy and select Manual.
  2. Tap on the lines and enter the information provided by your IT department.

Setting up a static IP address

  1. Tap the DHCP menu under IP Settings and choose Static.
  2. Tap on the lines and enter the information provided by your IT department.

If you are unable to connect to the internet or if you are unsure of the correct settings for your network, check with your IT department.
