Only users with the role of Admin can perform this procedure.
- From the SendPro Tablet Home screen, tap SendPro Shipping.
- Tap the Settings (gear) icon in the upper right.
- Tap Users.
- To filter the list by status, select the All menu.
- To search, enter part of the user's name or email address in the Search field.
- Tap on the user you wish to edit and select Edit.
- To change the user's role, select the desired role from the Role menu and tap Save.
- To change the user's status, tap on the current status and tap Save.
Note: You cannot edit or delete your own account.
