Refilling postage on the SendPro Tablet
Learn how to add postage on the SendPro Tablet.
Products affected: SendPro® Tablet
Only users with the role of Admin can perform this procedure. The user who signs up for SendPro Shipping will have the role of Admin.
- From the home screen, tap SendPro Shipping.
- Tap the Settings (gear) icon in the upper right.
- Tap Postage Refills.
- Tap the Refill Postage button.
- Enter the amount you wish to add.
- (Optional) To assign the postage refill to a Cost Account, select the desired Cost Account from the Assign this postage purchase to a Cost Account menu.
- Tap Refill Postage. When complete, the updated postage balance is displayed.
- Press Home to return to the home screen.
To view your postage refill history, sign in to SendPro Online using your SendPro user ID and password and export a postage history report.
