Viewing the audit log in SendSuite Tracking Online

The audit log shows the login history for all users.

Features availability varies by subscription level. If you have any questions regarding your subscription level, please contact your administrator.

1. Select the gear icon in the upper right.
2. Select Audit Log.
3. Observe the login history.
4. (Optional) Select All dates (calendar icon) to filter the log by date.
5. (Optional) Select Show all to remove the date filter and display all records.
6. (Optional) Select the menu icon () on the right to:
   • Export records as a CSV file
   • Export records as a PDF file
   • Select which columns are visible (click on the field name to show or hide them)
7. (Optional) Select any column heading to sort the table by that column. Select the same column heading again to reverse the order.
