Automating postage refills on the SendPro Tablet

Learn how to automate postage refills on the SendPro Tablet.

Only users with the role of Admin can perform this procedure.

  1. From the SendPro Tablet Home screen, tap SendPro Shipping.
  2. Tap the Settings (gear) icon in the upper right.
  3. Tap Postage Refills.
  4. Tap Auto-refill Postage.
  5. In the Set minimum postage threshold amount field, enter the amount of postage remaining that should trigger the refill. When your balance falls below this amount, a refill will occur automatically.
  6. In the Add this postage amount field, enter the amount you wish to have added each time an automatic refill occurs.
  7. To be prompted before a refill occurs, select the Prompt me before auto postage refill is set to occur box.
  8. (Optional) To assign the refill to a Cost Account, select the desired Cost Account from the Assign this amount to a Cost Account menu.
  9. Tap Save.
