Requesting a USPS label refund in the SendPro Online Mobile App

You can request a USPS refund up to 30 days from the date on which you created the label.

  • When you request a refund for USPS shipping labels, the postage amount is credited to your postage balance.
  • The refund process can take up to 30 days because USPS waits see if the label is used before crediting your account.
  • You can track the refund status from the History screen.

If your international package was returned by USPS due to COVID-19 restrictions, you cannot request a refund through SendPro Online. You must file a claim directly through USPS. Go to the USPS International Claims page and click on Create an Inquiry to file a claim. If approved, USPS will send you a check for the postage cost.

  1. Find the label you wish to refund on the Recent or Watch tabs on the Home screen, or on the History screen.
  2. Tap the shipment.
  3. Tap the 3 dots menu in the upper right. sendpro-mobile-3-dots-menu-sm
  4. Tap Request Refund.
  5. Check the box and tap Continue.
