Products affected: SendPro® Online Mobile App
You can email the tracking information for a label that was created in the SendPro Online Mobile App.
- Find the shipment for which you wish to request a refund in the Recent or Watch tabs on the Home screen, or on the History screen.
- Tap the shipment.
- Tap the Share icon in the upper right.
- Enter the email address and tap Share.
