Unpairing a T747 Android handheld device used with SendSuite Tracking

  1. On the SendSuiteĀ® Mobile screen, tap the 3 dots on the upper right.
  2. Tap Unpair to unpair from that network.

If the Unpair option is not available, your user account may not have sufficient rights to perform this task. You will need to sign out, then sign back in using a user account that has sufficient rights.
