Clearing or resetting the piece count on the SendPro Mailstation

Follow these steps to clear or reset the number of mailpieces sent on the SendPro Mailstation.
Products affected: SendPro® Mailstation, SendPro® Mailstation LITE (HZ0L)

Note: Make certain that you want to delete the piece count information. Once you do, you cannot restore the data.

  1. Tap the Settings icon.
  2. Tap the right arrow two times to advance the page.
  3. Tap About Device.
  4. Tap Piece Count.
  5. Tap Reset Piece Count.
