F2721 – Locker Box Integration

• Functionality Details: With this functionality users are able to utilize locker reservations for package delivery. Each locker bank needs to be registered prior to use.
• Type of User to Utilize Functionality: Admin users will be able to register and set up lockers in Settings; all user levels are able to add packages to lockers when at least one locker bank is registered on the account
• SendSuite Tracking Online Subscriptions Impacted: Available to subscribers of SendSuite Tracking Online Enhanced Receive and Deliver plan as well as SendSuite Tracking Online Free Trial

F3636 – Ability to Receive at Locker Bank

• Functionality Details: With this functionality users are able to reserve lockers directly at the locker bank
• Type of User to Utilize Functionality: All user levels are able to utilize this functionality if lockers are turned and at least one locker bank is registered on the account
• SendSuite Tracking Online Subscriptions Impacted: Available to subscribers of SendSuite Tracking Online Enhanced Receive and Deliver plan as well as SendSuite Tracking Online Free Trial

F3628 – ADA Compliance for Lockers

• Functionality Details: Users are able to assign an ADA flag to recipient profiles that will allow to automatically only assign lockers that are ADA-compliant. *ADA height compliance is no interactive touch points or doors above 48” and no lower than 15” from the ground
• Type of User to Utilize Functionality: All user levels are able to utilize this functionality if lockers are turned; at least one locker bank is registered on the account and lockers have been flagged with ADA flag on the locker bank side
• SendSuite Tracking Online Subscriptions Impacted: Available to subscribers of SendSuite Tracking Online Enhanced Receive and Deliver plan as well as SendSuite Tracking Online Free Trial

F3627 – Additional Locker Sizes

• Functionality Details: With this functionality users are able to reserve lockers in sizes XL and XXL (in addition to S, M, L)
• Type of User to Utilize Functionality: All user levels are able to utilize this functionality if lockers are turned and at least one locker bank is registered on the account
• SendSuite Tracking Online Subscriptions Impacted: Available to subscribers of SendSuite Tracking Online Enhanced Receive and Deliver plan as well as SendSuite Tracking Online Free Trial

F3645 – Delete Locker Bank

• Functionality Details: With this functionality users are able to delete locker banks from their account
• Type of User to Utilize Functionality: Admin users only are able to utilize this feature

F3629 – Pin Code for Package Pickup

• Functionality Details: This functionality allows recipients to pick up their packages by entering a 6-digit pin code that was generated randomly and provided to the recipient via email notification
• Type of User to Utilize Functionality: All user levels are able to utilize this functionality if lockers are turned and at least one locker bank is registered on the account

F3634 – Unique Contact ID Ph1

• Functionality Details: New field available for users to enter a unique value (i.e. Employee ID number, etc.); *at this time this functionality is only available to users who have Lockers enabled
• Type of User to Utilize Functionality: Admin users are able to add a unique ID number to contact profiles

F3649 – Locker Authentication

• Functionality Details: For increased security, users will need to enter their user ID and password to access admin screens on locker bank kiosk
• Type of User to Utilize Functionality: Admin users are able to add a unique ID number to contact profiles

• Functionality Details: Users can now pull down list of expected packages on their mobile device based on filter like employee, floor etc.
