Viewing and exporting history reports on the SendPro CPU portal

You can view and export history reports of your SendPro CPU postage usage, funding refills, and refunds on the SendPro CPU portal.

  1. Sign in to the SendPro CPU portal.
  2. Select the History menu at the top, then select the type of history you wish to view:
    • Dispense: your postage usage
    • Funding: your postage funding refills
    • Refund: your refunds
  3. To change the date range, select the calendar icon at the top and choose the desired date range.
  4. If you have more than one store, to change which stores are included in the report, select the store menu at the top and choose the desired stores.
  5. To search by tracking number on the Refund report, enter the tracking number in the Tracking Number field.
  6. To search on the Dispense report, enter a tracking number or mail class in the Search field.
  7. (Optional) To export the report, select Export.
