How to calibrate the touchscreen on the Connect+ series and SendPro P series

Learn how to calibrate the touchscreen on the Connect+ 500W, Connect+ 1000, Connect+ 2000, Connect+ 3000, SendPro P1000, SendPro P1500, SendPro P2000 and SendPro P3000.
Products affected: Connect+® 500W, Connect+® 1000, Connect+® 2000, Connect+® 3000, SendPro® P1000, SendPro® P1500, SendPro® P2000, SendPro® P3000
To calibrate the touch screen:
  1. From the home screen, select Settings under Mailing.
  2. Select Touchscreen on the right.
  3. Select Calibrate.
  4. Perform the calibration steps on the screen:
  • 10 inch display: Touch the center of each plus sign (+) as it appears. When finished, select OK to save the calibration.
  • 15 inch display: Touch and hold each plus sign (+) as it is highlighted.
  1. Select Home to return to the home screen.
