Products affected: SendSuite® Tracking Online
While Pitney Bowes-provided mobile devices are centrally managed and configured to automatically update apps as they are deployed, occasionally it may be necessary to start the update process manually. To do so:
- Turn on and unlock the device.
- Browse to all applications.
- Select Agent.
- If an authentication screen appears, select Server, then enter the following values:
- Server: ds700.awmdm.com
- Group ID: dpstage
- Username: pbuser
- Password: pbuser
- Select App Catalog.
- Locate and select SendSuite Tracking Online in the list.
- Select Install.
- Select Install again to confirm. The SendSuite Tracking Online app will be downloaded and installed.
- Select the home button to return to the Home screen.
