Updating SendSuite apps on SendSuite Tracking Online mobile devices

While Pitney Bowes-provided mobile devices are centrally managed and configured to automatically update apps as they are deployed, occasionally it may be necessary to start the update process manually. To do so:
  1. Turn on and unlock the device.
  2. Browse to all applications.
  3. Select Agent.
  4. If an authentication screen appears, select Server, then enter the following values:
    • Server: ds700.awmdm.com
    • Group ID: dpstage
    • Username: pbuser
    • Password: pbuser
  5. Select App Catalog.
  6. Locate and select SendSuite Tracking Online in the list.
  7. Select Install.
  8. Select Install again to confirm. The SendSuite Tracking Online app will be downloaded and installed.
  9. Select the home button to return to the Home screen.
