Removing stale packages from the Intelligent Lockers kiosk
Learn how to remove stale packages from the Intelligent Lockers kiosk.

Only users with permission can perform this function.
- Access the kiosk Admin screen.
- Tap Current States.
- Tap Stale packages.
- If there are any stale packages, the system shows which locker number(s) are stale. If there are none, the system displays "No stale packages found".
- To remove a package, tap the locker number.
- On the confirmation screen, tap Continue to remove the package.
- The system opens the locker for you to remove the package and searches for any other stale packages.
