Removing stale packages from the Intelligent Locker AM Series kiosk

Only users with permission can perform this function.

  1. Access the kiosk Admin screen.
  2. Tap Current States.
  3. Tap Stale packages.
  4. If there are any stale packages, the system shows which locker number(s) are stale. If there are none, the system displays "No stale packages found".
  5. To remove a package, tap the locker number.
  6. On the confirmation screen, tap Continue to remove the package.
  7. The system opens the locker for you to remove the package and searches for any other stale packages.
