Viewing package data in PBIL for Intelligent Lockers

Only users with permission can perform this function.

Package View shows all packages that have added to the locker system. In addition, this is where users can filter a locker bank for stale packages, which are packages that have not been picked up after X number of days. X represents the time the user defines in the application or locker bank settings during the setup.

To view current and historical package data:

1. Sign in to PBIL.
2. Select Package View from the menu at the top. All packages in all locker banks are listed.
3. (Optional) If you have more than one locker bank, select the All Locker Banks menu and choose a specific locker bank to filter to a specific bank.
   
4. To filter the list, select the Filter icon in the upper right to access additional filters:
   • Stale Packages
   • In Locker
   • Department
   • User
   • Date Range
