For departmental delivery and pickup, create the department in PBIL and assign the authorized users who will be allowed to pick up packages for that department.
Only users with permission can perform this function.
- Sign in to PBIL.
- From the Lookup Data menu at the top, select Departments.
- Click the add department icon.
- Fill in the department information. There is a description under each field to explain how it is used.
- To add users who are authorized to pick up packages for this department, start typing the name of the user in the Authorized Users field. In the list of matching users that appears, click on the desired user. Repeat for any additional users.
To remove an authorized user, click the X to the left of their name.
- Click Submit.
