If you do not have the email with the barcode to pick up your package, you can use PBIL to get the package barcode that you can use to open the locker.
- In your web browser, go to your PBIL server address (for example, https://<yourservername>.pbil.pitneybowes.com).
- Sign in with your email address and password.
- Select Packages Waiting for Me.
- Select the package to view the barcode.
