Managing stale packages in PBIL for Intelligent Lockers
Learn how to manage stale packages in PBIL for Intelligent Lockers.

Package View shows all packages that have added to the locker system. In addition, this is where users can filter a locker bank for stale packages, which is packages that have not been picked up after X number of days.
- Use the admin screen on the locker bank to remove stale packages.
- Select Current States.

Select Stale packages.

Select each box to open and remove the package. After you open the locker, the system updates the locker bank showing that the package is now out of the locker.
