Learn how to set up an alternative return address in SendSuite Live.

To set up or change the alternative return address in SendSuite® Live:
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Select SendSuite Live Shipping Administrator.
- Sign in.
- Select the Shipment Server Configuration tab.
- Expand Locations.
- Select Locations.
- Select the location which needs the alternative return address.
- Select Edit.
- Select Specify different return address.
- Enter the address information.
- Select OK to save.
- Reload the shipping screen.
