How to lock or unlock accounts in Business Manager

Learn how to lock or unlock accounts in Business Manager.
Products affected: Business Manager
  1. Open Business Manager and sign in.
  2. Select Parameters > Accounts and clients.
  3. In the search box, enter the account code and select Go.
  4. Select the pencil icon.
  5. Lock or unlock the account as needed:
    • To lock an account, check the Lock account box.
    • To unlock an account, uncheck the Lock account box.
  6. Select Confirm.
  7. (Optional) Repeat for additional accounts if needed.
  8. Select Close.
  9. Close or minimize Business Manager.
  10. Open Business Manager Connect+.
  11. Select Sync Accounts.
Note: If the account will stay not stay locked or unlocked after syncing accounts, try using Reload Account List.
  1. Select Close.
  2. On the Connect+, select Manage Accounts.
  3. Select Close.
  4. Select Run Mail.
  5. Confirm that the account is locked or unlocked.
