Products affected: SendPro® Enterprise
If the USPS requests the Revenue Assurance ID for a postage adjustment, you can find it in SendPro Enterprise.
- Open the SendPro Enterprise Reports app.
- Select PB Shipping API - USPS.
- Select Postage Adjustment Report.
- Enter the date range.
- Select the Account and Shipper ID.
- At the bottom, change PDF to CSV.
- Click Run to download the CSV file. The ExternalID column should provide the Revenue Assurance ID.
