Finding the PB Shipping API USPS Revenue Assurance ID for Postage Adjustments in SendPro Enterprise

If the USPS requests the Revenue Assurance ID for a postage adjustment, you can find it in SendPro Enterprise.

  1. Open the SendPro Enterprise Reports app.
  2. Select PB Shipping API - USPS.
  3. Select Postage Adjustment Report.
  4. Enter the date range.
  5. Select the Account and Shipper ID.
  6. At the bottom, change PDF to CSV.
  7. Click Run to download the CSV file. The ExternalID column should provide the Revenue Assurance ID.
