Change the email address for Your Account online profile

Update your email address or lean how to move your online access to a new user.
The profile and login you use to access the Pitney Bowes online portal is your personal login and should not be shared with others. 


How to give your Your Account online access to another person:

 
If someone new is taking over for you or another person needs online access, they will need to create their own profile.  If you have Manager access to the accounts in your profile you can give access by using the Invite a colleague feature.


How to update your email address:

 
  1. Sign In to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal
  2. Expand the Your Account dropdown menu from the navigation bar and select Contact Information
  3. Select the Edit button to the right of your email address
  4. Update the Email Address
  5. Select the Save Changes button
  6. A verification email will be sent to the new email address; click the verification link within the email to complete the change.  The change is finalized once the verification link has been selected. 
    • ❗ IMPORTANT: The verification link expires 3 hours after the update was submitted and then will revert to the previous email.

Note: The updated email address is also the username to sign into the Pitney Bowes Your Account online profile.
