How to set Email Notifications for Invoices and Statements
When billing notifications are turned on an email will be sent when a bill is available online. You can view and amend these settings within the Your Account online portal.

Note: If an account is set up for Paperless Billing, email notifications must remain on against at least one registered email address.
- Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
- Expand the Your Account dropdown from the top navigation bar and select Email Notifications.
- The page will default to the billing notifications tab.
- Use the toggle to turn notifications On and Off for the required account.
