Setting up email notifications for invoices and statements

When billing notifications are turned on an email will be sent when a bill is available online. You can view and amend these settings within the Your Account online portal.
Sign in to Your Account to set up or change your email notification settings for your invoices and statements. 
  1. Go to the sign page
  2. If prompted, select a portal, otherwise, you will be directed to your Your Account dashboard. 
    • Your Account for billing, account management, leases and rentals 
    • Shipping 360 for the shipping and mailing cloud-based platform 
  3. Select the Your Account menu and click Email Notifications
  4. The page will default to the billing notifications tab. 
  5. Use the toggle to turn notifications On and Off for the required account. 
Important: If an account is set up for Paperless Billing, email notifications must remain on against at least one registered email address.
