How to set Email Notifications for Invoices and Statements

When billing notifications are turned on an email will be sent when a bill is available online. You can view and amend these settings within the Your Account online portal.
View and amend billing notification email settings online. 
  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal. 
  2. Expand the Your Account dropdown from the navigation bar and select Email Notifications
  3. The page will default to the billing notifications tab. 
  4. Use the toggle to turn notifications On and Off for the required account. 

Note
If an account is set up for Paperless Billing, email notifications must remain on against at least one registered email address.
