Resolve End of Day process stuck on Started in SendSuite Live

Issue

When performing the End of Day process for any carrier in SendSuite® Live, the status remains "Started," and the End of Day process will not continue.

Cause

The SendSuite Live Task Service has stopped or is not responding.

Resolution

To resolve this issue:
  1. On the application server, select the Windows Start button.
  2. In the search box, type services.msc.
  3. Select services.msc.
  4. Right-click on SendSuite Live Task Agent, and select Start or Restart
  5. Close and re-open SendSuite Live. It should then automatically finish the End of Day process.
If this does not resolve the issue, contact software support.
