Products affected: SendSuite® Live
When performing the End of Day process for any carrier in SendSuite® Live, the status remains "Started," and the End of Day process will not continue.
The SendSuite Live Task Service has stopped or is not responding.
To resolve this issue:
- On the application server, select the Windows Start button.
- In the search box, type services.msc.
- Select services.msc.
- Right-click on SendSuite Live Task Agent, and select Start or Restart
- Close and re-open SendSuite Live. It should then automatically finish the End of Day process.
