When you tap and select a graphic for Envelope Printing or Print on Envelopes, the preview screen is blank. Normally this screen shows you what the graphic will look like on the envelope or tape label before you tap Apply.
There is problem with the Envelope Printing or Print on Envelopes application.
Restart the device:
- Unplug the power cable. The screen should turn off after 10 seconds.
- Wait 2 minutes.
- Plug the power cable back in, ensuring that it is plugged directly into a wall outlet.
- Quickly tap and release the power button to turn the device back on.
