Set up scheduled deposits for a prepaid deposit account

Learn how to set up scheduled automatic Postage deposits to your prepaid Reserve account.

Set up scheduled deposits to make postage payments electronically to your Pitney Bowes Reserve Account.

  1. Sign In to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.  
  2. Select the Postage menu and click Prepaid Balance.
  3. Under the Available Balance section, select Schedule a deposit.

  4. Select the account number for which scheduled deposits are required.
  5. Select Continue to enter the banking information.
  6. Complete each section of the Schedule Reserve Account Deposits form and select Continue.
  7. Select Submit. Your scheduled deposit will take effect within 1-3 business days.
Important: Your bank may require authorization to process your scheduled deposit. We recommend contacting your bank and providing them with the Pitney Bowes Bank ID 9601631001 for authorization.
