Finding the T6MS serial number with SendSuite Tracking Online

Learn how to find the T6MS Tracking Assistant serial number when the device is used with SendSuite Tracking Online.

Note: Your Pitney Bowes customer service agent needs to know the serial number in order to help you perform management and support actions for the T6MS Tracking Assistant.
To find the T6MS device serial number:
  1. Turn on and unlock your device.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen.
  4. Select About Device.
  5. Scroll down to locate the Serial Number.
  6. When finished, select the Home key to return to the Home screen.
