Printing the funds report on the DM300C, DM400C, DM450C and DM475

Learn how to print the funds report on the DM300C, DM400C, DM450C and DM475.

The funds report contains the following items:
  • Used: The total amount used over the lifetime of the meter
  • Available: The amount currently available to print
  • Total Pieces: The total number of pieces run over the lifetime of the meter
  • Control Sum: The control sum is the total of the amount used and available
  • Batch Count: The current Batch Count
  • Batch Value: The current Batch Total
  • PBP Serial Number: The serial number of the meter

To print a funds report:
  1. Press Funds.
  2. Press Menu.
  3. Select Print Funds Report.
  4. When prompted, feed an envelope to print the report on an envelope, or press Tape to print the report on a tape.
