Issue

When trying to access the SendSuite® Live project server or Admin site, the error "Error occurred during Login. Please contact your system administrator." is displayed.

Cause

The SQL Server service on the server is stopped.

Resolution

  1. On the server where the SendSuite Live SQL Database is installed, select the Windows Start button.
  2. In the search box, type services.msc.
  3. Select services.msc.
  4. Scroll down to locate the SQL Server (InstanceName) Service.
  5. Right-click and select Start.
  6. Test to verify this has resolved the issue.
