Issue

Business Manager is not able to download new transactions.

Cause

Network or security settings are preventing communication between Business Manager or the Connect+ and the server.

Resolution

In order for Business Manager and the Connect+ to upload and download transactions to the server, the following addresses, ports, and services must not be blocked on your network. Add all of the following services, ports, and web addresses to the exceptions/allowed list in your firewall, anti-virus software, and other network security equipment. Contact your IT department for assistance if needed.
