Resolve printer will not print on DA50S, DA70S, and more

Learn to resolve an issue where a DA50S, DA55S, DA70S, and DA75S printer does not print because a non-true type font is being used.

The printer does not print.


The printer cannot print fonts which are not true-type fonts.


Ensure that you are using a true-type font:
  1. Press the Menu button.
  2. Select Font > Name.
  3. Select one of the following true-type fonts: Arial, Comic Sans MS, Courier New, Georgia, Impact, Kino, MSLogo, Symbol, Tahoma, Times New Roman, Trebuchet MS, Verdana, Webdings, Wingding.
If the issue is not resolved, contact customer support from 8 am to 8 pm Eastern Time. Please have your model number ready.
