Adding or updating payment methods for online payments

Learn how to add, remove or update a credit card or bank account that is used to pay bills online.

Add a Payment Method 

  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account portal.
  2. From the Billing menu in the top navigation bar, select Payment Methods
  3. Select the Add New Card or Add New Account buttons for the required payment method(s). 
  4. Complete the form and select Save Settings.

Remove a Payment Method 

  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account portal..
  2. From the Billing menu in the top navigation bar, select Payment Methods.
  3. Locate the required Bank Account or Credit Card, and select Delete.

Update an Existing Payment method

Credit Card
  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account portal.
  2. Expand the Billing menu from the top navigation bar and select Payment Methods.
  3. Select the Edit option for the credit card that needs updating.
  4. Change the Expiration Date and select Save.
  5. Complete the Card number and enter the CVV then select Save.
