Adding or updating payment methods for online payments
Learn how to add, remove or update a credit card or bank account that is used to pay bills online.
Add a Payment Method
- Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account portal.
- From the Billing menu in the top navigation bar, select Payment Methods.
- Select the Add New Card or Add New Account buttons for the required payment method(s).
- Complete the form and select Save Settings.
Remove a Payment Method
- Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account portal..
- From the Billing menu in the top navigation bar, select Payment Methods.
- Locate the required Bank Account or Credit Card, and select Delete.
Update an Existing Payment method
Credit Card
- Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account portal.
- Expand the Billing menu from the top navigation bar and select Payment Methods.
- Select the Edit option for the credit card that needs updating.
- Change the Expiration Date and select Save.
- Complete the Card number and enter the CVV then select Save.
