Updating your contact name

Sign in to Your Account to update your personal contact information associated with your online profile.

Update your contact name

  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
  2. If prompted, select the Your Account business portal, otherwise, you will be directed to your Your Account dashboard.
  3. Select the Your Account menu and click Contact Information.
  4. Click Edit in the Name and Email Address field. 
  5. Update the First Name and Last Name fields as required.
  6. Select Save Changes.
