Deposit Account (Reserve Account) payment options

Deposit Account (Reserve Account) payment options include scheduled deposits, ACH transfers, and Mailing a check. Follow the instructions for your preferred method.

You can add money to your Deposit Account (Reserve Account) using ACH transfers, scheduled deposits, or by mailing a check. Just follow the steps for the method you prefer. The quickest way is to make an ACH transfer from your main bank account.

Schedule automatic deposits

You can schedule deposits to your Deposit Account (Reserve Account) every week or month, or when your account balance drops below a limit you set.

  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
  2. If prompted, select the Your Account business portal, otherwise, you will be directed to your Your Account dashboard.
  3. Select Help Center & Cases and click Help Center.
  4. Select Payments under Financials.
  5. Select What if I'm having an issue with AutoPay or SchedulePay?.
  6. Scroll down and select No, I would like to create a case.
    I would like to create a case in Your Account
  7. Select your account number to schedule automatic deposits for.
  8. Select the Prepaid Accounts (For Postage) radio button.
  9. In the Please provide any details you might have text box enter the following information:
    • The date you would like the schedule pay to start.
    • Confirmation if you are setting up a new schedule pay instruction or updating an existing one.
  10. Select Submit.

Mail a Check

Important

  • When paying by check, include a Reserve Account deposit slip.
  • Ensure you add your Reserve Account number to each slip; otherwise, your deposit will not be allocated to your account.

*Important: As outlined in the Reserve Account Terms & Conditions: If your Reserve Account has had a negative balance history in the last 6 months or if we believe a deposited check or ACH credit or debit may be returned due to your transaction history, we may delay the availability of deposited funds up to five (5) business days after the date upon which we receive your deposit.
