Changing the PB Postage account on the Connect+ Series and SendPro P Series

Products affected: Connect+® 500W, Connect+® 1000, Connect+® 2000, Connect+® 3000, SendPro® P1000, SendPro® P1500, SendPro® P2000, SendPro® P3000
The PB Postage account is normally downloaded from the data server, if your account number has changed you may need to update it manually.
  1. On the home screen, select Settings under mailing.
  2. Select Internet and Network.
  3. Select IntelliLink.
  4. Click on the account number.
  5. Set the account number to 0 (zero).
  6. Go to home screen.
  7. Select Funds.
  8. Select Get Balance.
The system should download the new account number. To verify, go back to the IntelliLink screen and check the account number.
