Issue
The meter displays the message "Error: Starting Activity" when launching Trackable Labels.
Cause
You are attempting to sign into Trackable Labels using the user profile icon in the top right corner of the toolbar.
Resolution
Solution 1
Tap
Trackable Labels on the Home screen to begin the sign in process.
Solution 2
If you still see the message "Error: Starting Activity", reboot your device:
- Unplug the power cable. The screen should turn off after 10 seconds.
- Wait 2 minutes.
- Plug the power cord directly back into a wall outlet. Check that the wall outlet is working correctly.
- Quickly tap and release the power button to turn the meter back on.
