When launching ConnectRight™ Mailer, the message "Enter Product Key" is displayed.
Your Product Key and BPN/CAN (Business Partner Number / Customer Account Number) have not been entered to validate ConnectRight Mailer.
Enter your Product Key and your BPN/CAN in the fields provided and select Validate.
Note: The Product Key and the BPN/CAN are contained in the ConnectRight Mailer welcome letter that you received in the mail. If you cannot find your welcome letter, contact client support.
If the message "(65016) Failure validating product key" is displayed, or if you experience any other issues, contact client support.
