Removing funds from the mailstation series
How to remove funds from a mailstation or mailstation2 and return funds to your original postage account or funding source.

As part of the meter return process, you must remove funds from your meter.

- Ensure that your system is connected to the Pitney Bowes Data Center and then Press Funds. Your meter will display your funds balance.
- Press Menu.
- Press Review (Up) until the display says Change Setup? and then Press Enter / Yes.
- Press Review (Up) until the display says Remove funds from meter? and then Press Enter/Yes.
- Your meter will connect and show the amount of funds transferred from the meter back to the original funding source.
- Press Clear/Back. Your meter will display that it has been taken out of service.
- Press Menu.
- Press Review (Down) until the display says Select a Report? and then Press Enter / Yes.
- Press Review (Down) until the display says Print Funds Report? and then Press Enter / Yes.
- Insert an envelope or tape sheet to print the report. Your available funds should be $000.00.
