Canceling EFT or ACH payments to your Deposit Account (Reserve Account)

Sign in to Your Account to cancel EFT or ACH payments to your Deposit Account (Reserve account).

Sign in to Your Account and create a case to cancel schedule pay EFT or ACH payments to your Deposit Account (Reserve account).

  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account online portal.
  2. If prompted, select the Your Account business portal, otherwise, you will be directed to your Your Account dashboard.
  3. Select Help Center & Cases and click Help Center.
  4. Select Payments below the Financials section.
  5. Select What if I'm having an issue with AutoPay or SchedulePay?.
  6. Scroll to the end of the support article that appears and click No, I would like to create a case.
  7. Select your account number and click the Prepaid Accounts (For Postage) radio button.
  8. In the case details section enter the following information: 
    • A brief description of your request
    • Your 8 digit PB Postage account number
  9. Click Submit.
