"Barcode invalid" error on the SendPro C Lite, SendPro C, SendPro+, SendPro C Auto

If you see the error "Barcode invalid" when sending Electronic Certified Mail, ensure you are using the latest PS form 3800.

Products affected: SendPro® C Lite, SendPro® C, SendPro®+, SendPro® C Auto  (2H00, 8H00, 9H00)


"Barcode invalid" appears when you scan USPS PS Form 3800 for Electronic Certified Mail.


The label's barcode is outdated. Older barcodes that start with 92 will not work.


Use a PS Form 3800 with a barcode that starts with 94.
