Manually enter the postage amount on the mailstation series

Learn how to enter the postage amount manually on the mailstation or mailstation2.
Products affected: mailstation™, mailstation2™
  1. Enter your postage amount using the numeric buttons.
  2. Press Yes/Enter.
  3. Place your envelope or tape sheet onto the mail deck, and your meter prints the postage.
  4. Remove the mail piece on completion.

Important: 
  • Whenever possible, choose a class from the Class menu, instead of manually entering a postage value, to prevent errors and overpaying for postage.  
  • Pitney Bowes does not provide refunds for  misprinted postage.
