How to clear the memory option on AddressRight printers DA50S, DA70S, and more

To clear the memory option:.
  1. On the computer, delete the print job from the printer queue.
  2. There is two way to clear the printer memory.
    • Option 1
    1. Click on Start > All Programs > Pitney Bowes Addressing Printer > Control Panel.
    2. Select USB if printer is directly connected to the PC.
    3. Select TCP/IP if printer is on the network. 
    4. Click OK.
    5. Click on Clear Memory.
    • Option 2
    1. Place the printer in off line mode.
    2. Press the Menu on the printer.
    3. Scroll down using the - or + and locate Address Recovery.
    4. Press Enter on printer.
    5. Locate Clear Memory.
    6. Press Enter on printer.
  3. Power cycle the printer by turning it off and on.
