Setting up SendSuite Mobile email notifications on Android handheld devices for SendSuite Tracking

SendSuite Mobile devices can send email notifications to recipients based on package status.

Note: Email notifications for SendSuite Mobile may require PowerLogic. Refer to the SendSuite Designer Help.

1. Select Setup > SendSuite Mobile > Email Notifications.
2. Click New.
3. Enter a descriptive Name for the Email notification message.
4. Enter a Subject line for the message.
5. Enter the Body text of the message.
6. Choose message and fields to add to body.
7. Select a Status from the list.
8. Select a Site from the list. You can select to send the message from all sites, the default site, or a specific site.
9. Check the Enabled box to allow SendSuite Tracking to send this message.
10. Click Save.
11. Confirm that SMTP settings are in place or added to Enterprise > SMTP Settings in admin, and functioning properly.
