Archiving transactions in Business Manager

  1. Sign in to Business Manager using an admin account.
  2. Select Utilities > Maintenance > Archive Transactions.
  3. For Database to backup, select Working database.
  4. For Period, select the desired date range.
  5. Select Archive according to the settings > Yes. This process can take 1 to more than 3 hours, depending upon the size of the database. During this process, Business Manager may display "Not Responding". This is normal; once the archiving is complete, the screen will return to normal.
  6. Select Close.
