Products affected: Business Manager
- Sign in to Business Manager using an admin account.
- Select Utilities > Maintenance > Archive Transactions.
- For Database to backup, select Working database.
- For Period, select the desired date range.
- Select Archive according to the settings > Yes. This process can take 1 to more than 3 hours, depending upon the size of the database. During this process, Business Manager may display "Not Responding". This is normal; once the archiving is complete, the screen will return to normal.
- Select Close.
