Invalid ZIP code message on the SendPro Mailstation

If you see the Invalid ZIP code message when you try to print postage, go to Settings to enter the correct ZIP code.

Products affected: SendPro® Mailstation, SendPro® Mailstation LITE (HZ0L)


The device displays "Invalid ZIP code" when you try to print postage.


The ZIP Code™ printed by your SendPro Mailstation device should be either your ZIP Code or the ZIP Code of the post office picking up your mail.


  1. Tap the Settings icon.
  2. Tap the right arrow to advance to the next page.
  3. Tap Update ZIP Code.
  4. Enter the correct ZIP Code.
  5. Tap Apply.
