Connect your device to a power outlet for one hour then turn it on to resolve the low battery message.

Products affected: SendPro® C Lite, SendPro® C, SendPro®+, SendPro® C Auto (2H00, 8H00, 9H00)

A low battery icon (battery with a red circle with a slash through it) appears on the screen.

The battery is low.

Plug the power cord into a known good outlet and leave it plugged in for one hour.
After one hour, tap the power button to turn the device on.
